FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Click the “Book Now” tab at the top of our page.

    Select your package and chosen add-ons.

    Fill in the required information and complete the Client Agreement.

    When choosing the time of your event, please select the time that best indicates the start time for your guests. This will ensure that the equipment is set up at least 30 minutes prior to the time your guests start arriving.

    At least 1-2 weeks prior to your event, OnTheLineTO will reach out to confirm details of your booking.

  • You can book OnTheLineTO for any of your special events! Weddings, bridal showers, Jack & Jill, birthdays, baby showers, retirement…you name it, we can do it!

  • Step 1: Reserve your date. A deposit may be required to secure your spot.

    Step 2: Select your package and/or Add-Ons.

    Step 3: Client Consultation. Together, we will review your booking and confirm details.

    Step 4: Set-up & take down. Our team will setup the equipment up to 30 minutes prior to the start time of your event, and take it down at 11:59 PM on your event date.

    Step 5: Listen to your messages! Your messages will be sent in a downloadable audio format (.mp3), to your email within 48 hours.

  • All packages include free delivery, set-up and take down within the City of Toronto. Additional fee applies for cities outside of Toronto.

    Choose one of our three package options, or customize a certain package according to what you envision for your event!

  • Our line of phones are made of high quality material and are sure to exceed your expectations!

    Our phones:

    • are wireless and battery operated! No electrical outlet is required.

    • can record messages of any length!

    • have no limit to how many messages you can have during your event. More messages = more memories.

  • It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

    1. Pick up the receiver and listen to the audio greeting.

    2. Leave a message after the tone.

    3. Hang up the receiver. Your message has been saved!

  • Your messages will be sent via email, in a custom audio format (.mp3), within 48 hours after your event (see Pricing for more info)

    • Ensure that the audio guestbook is placed in an area away from the DJ and/or loud speakers.
